Best customer blinds experience to date!

Allan was very prompt, courteous and very professional in installing my Window Shutters. In fact, one of my windows was over 22 feet in height. Therefore, I was very concerned if anyone could actually install customized Shutters at that height. However, Allan made the necessary arrangements to get the correct equipment for safety purposes. As a result, everyone is very happy with the way the Window Shutters look. Great quality work, I had an arch window done and they came from brampton to shelburne to measure and then installon two separateoccasions. Alan the owner was here both times and answered all my questions from beginning to end through the entire process. The price for the arch window was very reasonable compared to others when we were shopping around. The turnaround time from order to install was within one week. If you are looking for someone to repair your shutters I can’t recommend Allan from Diamond Custom Shutters strongly enough. Allan replied right away, requested photos of the two broken louvers and called me back with an extremely reasonable estimate almost right away. Allan’s communication was great throughout the process, he came when he said he would, took the two louvers with him to cut matching ones, called when they were ready and returned when he said he would to install them. They match perfectly, you wouldn’t know they weren’t the originals!
